After completing the 12-week fitness course with Dev, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. Dev made personalized recommendations for diet, sleep, and lifestyle changes, and encouraged me to try natural supplements. I've seen huge changes in my fitness as a result.
Dev is a brilliant coach. He organized HIIT, yoga, and cardio boxing sessions, and pushed us to get the best out of ourselves. I'm glad I took part, and I'll be continuing the weekly sessions with Dev.
